CUSTOM CUT GASKET
We manufacture Custom Cut Gaskets to order. Upload a CAD file onto our instant quoting page, select material, thickness and quantity to complete the order. This can be for a one-off or large production run.
The manufacturing process is based on either die cutting, CNC controlled knife or CO laser cutting your drawings or reverse engineered template from our image measuring device.

Reverse Engineering
We reverse engineer obsolete or one-off gasket items from the original template using our image measuring device. The process scans, edit and digitise your templates. From which a vector CAD file is created for production. The completed DXF file is archived for future use
Our image digitiser guarantees and accuracy of +_ 0.25mm, with a working area of 800mm x 600mm.
